The street is widely regarded as one of the city’s finest and is made up of predominantly large detached late-Victorian villas which are set in extensive grounds.
Scotland’s Most Expensive Street?
Ann Street in Stockbridge is Scotland’s most expensive Street according to the latest study by the Bank of Scotland, with the average house costing £1.7 million.
The same report shows that the 10 most expensive streets are all in Edinburgh, with only one street outside of the Lothians making the top 25.
