Andy has quietly been working with us over the past three months and has already made a strong impact - representing two international clients in securing significant purchases: one, a discreet off-market deal in Stockbridge, Edinburgh; the other, a successful acquisition in St Andrews.
With a background as a professional rugby player and experience in property investment and development, Andy brings a rare mix of discipline, collaboration and commercial acumen. His ability to remain calm under pressure, combined with a solutions-led mindset, makes him a natural advisor for high-net-worth clients navigating complex transactions.
